K's Berlin Journal

Follow a month-long study,  Undrstanding Modern Germany, with the Austin College JanTerm in Berlin 2010 class through this journal.  Thirteen students of Dr. Kai Diers (twelve current AC students and one alumna, Class of ’68) spent weekday mornings in German language classes at the Hartnackeschule Berlin and afternoons touring and engaging in “konversation” classes. Staged in various parts of the city, these classes also provided a view of the culture and lifestyle in each neighborhood.

Chapters are in chronoligical order beginning with departure from Dallas, January 1, 2010.
